I live in another state and had an interview at abf here did background check all that what should i do when i move to harrisburg fill out a whole new application

It depends on what information the company requires.Since the background info is available online it may not be needed. In case your company need your data separately to be filed in Harrisburg as well you may do so, else it is ok for now.
