If you're looking for a quick bite while you're on the road, the Westbound Rest Stop on I40 is a decent option. They have a few vending machines with some basic snacks and drinks, and the restrooms are clean. However, the ground could use some better maintenance - it's a bit of a mess.

The most miserable rest stop ever for trucks. One truck parks on each side of the roadway on an eroded shoulder putting them at a rakish angle with barely enough room for a tractor-trailer to get between them. I've seen some bad rest stops in my days but this one gets the Major Archetectual Flubbo Award. Bravo, Arkansas! 🤮

On behalf of the Lord Jesus Christ through Tyson foods Incorporated we wanted to say thank you for a great breakfast. Never before have ever seen such a huge bacon egg and cheese biscuit. It was the largest biscuit I've ever had on the road and I can't believe how the cooks did it, two eggs two big old sausages two pieces of cheese on a big old giant biscuit. You are an amazing restaurant

I hate this rest stop. Bathrooms are never clean. Kinda uncomfortable and scary place. Stairs to get to restroom. Try to stop before or after this one.

I don't know for sure as I was just passing through, but I believe I saw a pull over spots for cars to park long term. There is a guard hut at the main walk in section and they seemed extremely nice. I am sure they could point you to a safe location for a little sleep.
