I went to the bank this morning with my truck and trailer to cash a check. My trailer would not fit under the awning so I pulled up next to the drive thru Windows so they could see that I was driving my truck with a trailer. Got out in the rain to cash check. No vehicles in line. They would not cash check unless I was in my vehicle. Was told to unhook trailer in the pouring rain and drive thru. NO cars were in line. Had to unhook trailer in parking lot and hook trailer back up in rain to cash check. Bad customer service

I came to Highpoint from Chicago IL to study at HPU ( Goooo Panthers ). I got a job @ Metro and was in search of a reliable bank to set up my direct deposit as I'm horrible @ handling my own cash money. My first choice was the BOA right next door. They were my parents preferred bank so naturally I wanted to business with them as well. Unfortunately they were busy & no one ever came over to ask me what I needed. After sitting for 15 minutes I left and came over to the Skeet Club branch where I was immediately greeted. Avonna got my account set up in the blink of an eye & even printed off two copies of the direct deposit forms for my employer & a extra in case I lost that one. It's little gestures like this that make me proud to say I'm happy with my choice to bank with Wells Fargo!! Hopefully my parents will be as excited about this as I am..

I would like to say thank you to Courtney/ Avonna for wonderful customer service. I had to change my money from Mexico to US and for the first time in the 3 years I've banked with Wells Fargo I left Wells Fargo with a smile on my face. Very happy with the service I received.

If I could give this branch half a star I would. They have lost/misplaced my last two loan payments I sent to them and now they are trying to make me pay a bunch of late fees and hurting my credit score because of their negligence. There's no denying someone at the bank dropped the ball on this because I have the address the check was sent, confirmation number, date received, date sent, etc. And still they remain reluctant to pick up the telephone and do their job and find my money.

Yeah a lot of the banks nowadays have zelle you can use that
