This has to be one of the worst assisted living facility in NYC. Residents there have no quality of life here. Staff are poorly educated and trained. I encourage everyone to go the extra mile and do the extra due diligence before choosing this facility.

This is a horrible place. Before you plan to put a love member here or you are looking for a place for yourself, do your research ! Residents eat mostly can and frozen foods. Hallways smell like urine. Rooms are infested with bedbugs and roaches the medical care is horrible. You have been warned.

My sister was accepted into Amber Court, Pelham Gardens due to the many phone calls to different agents (doctors, etc.) by Ms. Madelane Sadia, Community Relations Director. This was a time sensitive situation and Ms. Sadia's attention to detail was just phenomenal! Amber Court will stay one of the leaders in Assisted Living facilities with this young, energetic woman.

Amazing place and staff. Everyone is so nice and friendly, especially Madelane Sadia!! Her help brought so much peace of mind to the process of transitioning my grandmother into the assisted living because I knew my grandmother was going to be in good hands. Madelane was very patient in answering all of my questions and did so very promptly. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking!!
