They have numerous "employee parking" spots (half were empty) but an extremely limited number of "visitor parking" spots. Apparently Moravian House doesn't feel their tenants deserve visitors as much as their employees deserve parking spots close to the building. On a side note the office associate is extremely unhelpful and condescending.

Yes you have to stop in the office to get it.
There is a wait list for apartments.

It depends on what you qualify for. We have 3 buildings, each with different qualifications to help provide a variety of options for the public. It's best to call for a more in depth conversation to answer your question specifically for you. Thank you.
Ask staff when applying, they are extremely helpful with the process. We do have couples in the building.
Yes small dogs are allowed
They go by your monthly income (based). Then they figure it out and they tell you, it's low income housing.
