Oof. Started off with showing up to my appointment on time with Sabrina and she was running late. No problem it happens, if this was the only thing it wouldn't have been an issue, but it contributed to the overall experience. I sit down when she finishes with her customer and show her a picture of what I want. I ask if she'd like me to keep it open for a reference and her response was "No I got it, it's pretty basic." She then proceeds to abysmally butcher said 'basic' haircut. How bad was it? When I first got home and my wife saw me she started laughing. Luckily it's hat season. Additionally, the whole time she did nothing but rant about her phone and Apple, I felt like I was listening to an aunt whine and moan. I just sat there and let her finish, but I'll be fixing it myself and moving on. 100% will never be going back.
