Horrible customer service. I wear a size 16 which makes it hard enough to find shoes. I ordered some to the store because of size. I checked on them once I got the email. They said they didn't have them. Call again later that week still nothing. Then today they answer the phone just to hang it up. Call immediately back to be informed they returned that I should pick them up when I got the email.

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order.
