BEWARE! I purchased a Peanut cordless clipper on the strong recommendation of the young woman working there. I made it clear it was for daily shaving. After trying it once, it was useless. I attempted to return it and was rudely informed they have a no return policy. That would have been useful information when I purchased. You would be better off to buy online. At least then you can return it if it is damaged or not as advertised.

I just love this Sallys I buy my color from here and every time I go, there is this beautiful woman with the most fun energy there (im going to get her name next time, shame on me). She always has the jams playing n a soft smile on her face. Shes fun and informative, very helpful... n of course their selections is vass and professional and the respect they have for us professionals (discounts n such) is a reason I will always shop Sallys!

Is there an option for zero stars? I'll keep this short - 1. Terrible management. 2. Wonderful staff. 3. Out of stock items are expected (and hundreds of them) 4. Short-staffed beyond belief (Also just to provide a 'back room' look into the company - bullying, wage theft, ageism, and exploitation of the lowest paid workers is just the beginning of how this business manages itself.) Signed, Former member of upper management who fought tooth and nail to get my associate's $113 vacation pay to her - that they still have yet to pay out.

I wish my receipt said who was helping me today, or that I had thought to ask her name, but whoever was working 1/7 at 11am was absolutely fantastic and kind to me. She helped me so much and my hair looks fantastic with all the products she recommended to me. So very knowledgeable about what I needed. Please give her kudos, I'll be back hoping to see her again!
