Food is up to standards. Only drive thru is open, they are well staffed so that usually means they have labor issues due to mismanagement. This can cause a long wait on orders. As well as a high turn over rate.

- gave me a busted cup my shake was dripping from the bottom of my cup - ALWAYS I mean Always forget to add my request sauces the bag, when “ordered buffalo popcorn chicken, a shake and slushy”. This has been the 3rd time and at first I’m like no big deal but literally every time and then, when I told them hey can I have the side of ranch that I order, the associate says “it’s in the bag” I took everything out and showed them that there was no sauce in bag. Then just closed the window. Then later came back and was like, “ are you missing something?” Then I asked them can I please have ranch. They seemed irritated but this literally happens every time is it really that hard ? - popcorn chicken was cold and wasn’t as good a usual :( sad day.

Walk up to the dining area, take down their drive-thru only sign off the menu board and, calmly explain to them you have no car or, wish to file a complaint with the franchise owner(s). Curtly cut them before they say what it is that they been trained to state when awnsering a call from a dine-in customer. Please don't be rude and, make sure you tip them $1.00 or more.
