Positive: Bed was comfortable Negative: The toilet seat needs to be removed and cleaned underneath there was visible pee around the connection AND there was pee on the base of it! We told the desk and asked them to clean it but it was still there after it was ¿cleaned.¿ That¿s disgus

Positive: The staff was very helpful and super friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. I needed the room switched from the second floor to the first floor and there was no issues at all. The whole hotel was very clean and well kept inside and out. Negative: Absolutely nothing!

It feels like a pretty upscale, professional place, but the room smelled really strongly of cleaning products, fabric softener, and air freshener. I felt like I couldn't breathe and my clothes came back stinking of it too.
