No they serve all patients but are not based on income. If you are looking for income based Bland Clinic in Bastain is based on income. Dont know the requirements but in Jan Trump opened Medicaid to people with no children or disabilities. I had GAP (Govenor Access Plan) insurance. In Jan it turned into full Medicaid Hope I helped.
