All the ladies there are very nice! But--- Jackson is helping out people with their electric bills! Why is it that y'all haven't offered to do the same!? We've had facts of people in our town having the virus it's dangerous! I'm just thinking if Jackson can help out their town people I'm just saying Henderson should do the same!! And now FYI Lexington,Jackson,Humboldt are all helping out and delaying people's electric bill!! Let's get this going and do the same for us town people!!!God Bless

i wish there was another choice available to choose from then Southwest TN Electric. I thought that JEA was bad but Southwest is gaining on them

If your balance is positive they will send you a check witch you can put on your new power bill but you don't get the deposit because you have a positive balance of 35

My elec will be shut off this afternoon due to the covid virus.i was a small business owner.operator and lost my business.but I consider myself blessed cuz many lost their lives.i need 50$ to keep my elec on.i appreciate any and all help.thanks

I believe $425.00. But they have flexpay also. Its $100. $60 of that is actual money to run on. Flexpay is pay as you go.
