I bought bunk beds new I was given the display and they was brought to my house already together and dropped off how the he!! Was I going to get beds though my doors just a bad experience all together if it wasn't for the fact my grandchildren had already put out the old set I would have returned completely.

Only giving 2 stars because there was like 1 person in the entire place that was upfront & didn't lie to me. Furniture cheap for the prices you pay in the end. Dining table I had gotten was the fake wood. Chairs started coming apart after a few months of use, & since the "sales person " convinced me that the furniture was so well made, I shouldn't need to purchase any warranty. The "pine wood dresser" was just pine looking wood. Fake as well with the pine wood sticker around it. The recliner was broken on arrival & had to be sent back. Ordered a sofa bed. A LARGE sofa bed. Was told the bed itself was a queen. The couch was overstuffed & hard. Hardley any wood in the rest of it to hold it together, & the "queen pullout bed" was smaller than a regular twin. The "Ashley" Furniture claim was clearly a lie. Then we had to fight with them to send the broken chair & the couch back. Even the delivery driver said they clearly lied about the couch. Then a bit later, I needed to change my payment date. I got harrassed every month for my payment. Even after repeatedly telling them who I spoke with & who approved the date change. For some reason, they were so incompetent to change it in their system, or they just enjoy harassing their customers. Never walked back in after all this. And my brother had bad experiences as well. The rest of the family has stayed away after our 2 experiences. And after speaking to friends, I don't think any of them has been to purchase anything either.
