Took my fam here for the first time, spent a total of 4 days 3 nights...and am very pleased how they ran camp grounds. Each site is a good size, we are a family of 6. Camp hosts were great keep the place clean. Clean bathrooms clean showers, best part is across the street is this beautiful lake. It's close to stores to keep the stress of remote camping away. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend and go again.

This lake is so beautiful. The water is down quite alot from when I went to it last time but it didn't stop people or me from enjoying the water. It's very peaceful here.

We stayed there 5-17 to 5-19 of 2022 and we had the best time ! The people that work there were very nice very helpful! We made friends with the couple next to us and exchanged info to keep in touch. The lake was very nice ( could have more fish tho) my husband caught a rainbow trout our last day there a little over 2 lbs. All in all the park was very well maintained and lots of trees for shade. It was a very peaceful stay and we will be coming back. It’s family oriented you can bring pets too. I loved that they had hot showers and flushing toilets ! Prices are very reasonable. Come out and relax and enjoy nature. Tom & Fay Bradley

Yes anyone under 12 needs life jacket though. The water is really high from all the rain this year so the shore line is nonexistent right now, hard to find space to setup chairs
The lake and the campgrounds are open year round. The store and boat rentals and the availability for reserving ahead for the campground is only available from about Mid April until the end of October depending on weather.
There is not a special rate for monthly stays and the campground does have a 21 day stay limit. We welcome you at any time though!
There's a water spicket two campsites to the right of the camp hosts.
Show Low Lake is a located with in the City, which mean dogs MUST be on a leash at all times. They can not be allowed into the water with out being on a leash that is tied off. Therefore, obviously, it would not be recommended.
Show Low Lake is clear of the fire. As Timothy stated it is a great time to enjoy the Lake!
Rates depend on the host And fluctuate Great lake to be at We get some good host and bad ones Like anywhere else Hope you get a good one Have fun. And enjoy our mnt lakes
Yes. All of the have a shade tree
Campground is open, depending on the site you get they range from $16 to $30 a night. Sites are filling very quickly for this weekend though.
Show Low Lake is a city campground as others have stated. We do not honor that senior pass.
Reservations are NOT necessary, but recommended if you are coming in on a weekend as we fill up QUICKLY on Friday and Saturday.
Laura is correct. Depending on the site it's $18-$22/night. There are no rate changes for longer stays and there is a 21 day stay limit at the campground. Thank you
Yes, on a leash and keep an eye on them as you should. I have had coyotes walk through our campsite a few times
Phone calls will be returned in the order they were received today. So if you left a message you will be first inline to get a call!
Depends on the site that you choose. Anywhere from $18 to $35. You can see our rates on our website. http://campshowlowlake.com/SHOWLOWLAKECAMPGROUNDFEESANDDUES.asp
The answering machine message said otherwise, so I stopped by last Monday. Paper notice in the window of store said the Host was working from home that day...go to Host trailer. When I did, no one answered the door. Thanks anyway.
I'm afraid not. There is a 21 day stay limit at this campground.
No water that I know of ..Well there's the lake lol.. But walmart is right down the street close enough to walk.. Hope this helps..
Everyone is correct. There are some sites much closer to the water than others, but even the sites farthest away are not a long walk.
They have a website http://www.campshowlowlake.com/SHOWLOWLAKECAMPGROUNDFEESANDDUES.asp
