Finally tried this place. First the good, the beans were good. As for everything else, I’d rate it as “Meh”. The pulled pork and ribs had no smoke flavor. Absolutely no bark on the pulled pork whatsoever. Nothing special about the Mac & Cheese. I saw a bag of Kingsford charcoal which probably explains why there was no smoke flavor 😲. I also felt like their prices were too high, especially for the brisket which is why I didn’t try it. I am not sure why BBQ places in Florida miss the mark when it comes to good tasting BBQ 🤷‍♂️

If I could give zero stars I would. Heard what I assume is the owner loosing his cool on a customer who had provided some playful banter, owner couldn't take a simple joke. He was very unprofessional and off-putting. I felt uncomfortable ordering from him so I left. I spoke with that customer later, she told me that was the worst treatment she has experienced from a business, and couldn't believe racially driven outbursts were happening here in Palm Harbor. I later have heard from other customers that the owner can be vulgar and some comments are racial in nature. Will not be returning.

I’m unsure how this place has such good reviews. I ordered A platter of pulled pork and chicken because they were out of brisket and the chicken looks like it came from a frozen bag from a grocery store. There is absolutely nothing barbecue about it. The pulled pork was extremely dry and I found a hair in it. Completed disgusted, so the platter I paid $20 for was a complete waste of money, I could’ve got a frozen bag of chicken from Publix and gotten the same quality. I also ordered six ribs and i did enjoy them. They were tender and juicy. I’m glad I ordered the ribs because the platter was not enjoyable at all. The only reason I’m not giving this place a one star is because the ribs were good. There is many other barbecue spots around that are better than this one. I’m hoping I can get a refund for this.
