All I can say is OMG! Just stopped by with a vintage lamp base - 1920s. The lamp still had the original wiring. I have had this lamp, a family heirloom, for many years. I was not comfortable plugging it in due to the age. I honestly used it more as a piece of art - Tiffany style. Saw some great reviews and decided to stop by. I thought I would need to drop off my lamp and pick it up in 2 weeks or so. Not the case. I was greeted warmly and asked to place the lamp on a work table. The owner made the repairs while I watched - and probably asked too many questions about the repairs mainly out of curiosity. I walked out in less than 20 minutes now ready to enjoy this beautiful work of art for many years to come. Costs were extremely reasonable as well

The older gentleman is unkind. Months ago there seemed to be a lot of drug use during their operating hours. I'd assume not much has changed. He isn't very preoccupied with the customers and charges too much. His estimates are always lower than the bill and he doesn't bother to call. Disappointing place
