Someone threatened my spouse and the cops said it wasn't a crime although Florida statutes regarding regarding assault make it very clear that deputies M Tillman and J Dillon have no understanding of the law they are paid to enforce. I as a taxpayer am extremely concerned as to why this is.

Accidentally cut my finger back on August 6th, 2021 and my family called for an ambulance. No ambulance came but 2 Alachua County Sheriff's deputies showed up. The female was kind, but an Officer Diaz was not. As I was bleeding from my hand, he handcuffed me behind my back and then dragged me off my front porch. I didn't resist and he practically threw me into the back of his SUV. He did not put a seat belt on me either. I was taken to NFRMC where I was kept for 6 days. I am a 55 year old menopausal woman with a history of taking steps to treat anxiety and depression. This was completely unacceptable and this incident has thrown my family into complete chaos.
