Had a great experience , called in advance cause of handicap issues, when we got there they set up 2 seats center in front of soundman absolutely perfect fun old theater, great people!

There is parking on the street and a parking lot where the gas station is. Get there early it fills up quick.
Certain shows have age limits but I don't think there is a age limits for concerts(music)
I'm not sure. I've been to theatre performances there and you are seated. That iis also general admission. I'm sure they would help you.

I've only been there once. They have two floors the second floor is balcony seating the first floor I recall being a sloped entrance so like if you were in a wheelchair no problem. But I'm not sure if I reserved seating
