Love this Lowe’s Home Improvement because of how big, organized, and clean it is when compared to other Lowe’s or even Home Depot for that matter. Does it have low inventory on some common items like spray paint? Yep, but who doesn’t right now. P.S. ALL the plants were heathy! That alone is worth 5 Stars!

Don't attempt to buy an appliance from Lowes. Too long of a story but there was no communication, refrigerator showed up severely dented and driver was still planning on bringing it upstairs and remove the old fridge. Stopped that plan but had to put all food back in old unit. Stove arrived without damage but had no conversion kit. This kit was not mentioned the night we bought the appliances. Nor was the fact you have to call your plumber or gas company to schedule an appointment to have gas hooked up. Second fridge delivery confirmed a week later and delivery window time confirmed. No delivery. No call. We call Lowes late in the day and get disconnected five times. Nobody could retrieve the information. Manager goes away for two days. Gives a discount but now we wait a second week to have A THIRD fridge delivered because the second one was allegedly damaged like the first one and they decided to not deliver it AND NOT CALL after we waited that entire day. But wait, there's more. The FOURTH refrigerator was heavily damaged. Lowes would not further compensate us... The miracle of an undamaged refrigerator occurred two months after purchase....unit number FIVE arrived in fine condition. NEVER, EVER AGAIN.

So we ordered a dryer on the 3rd from lowes and on the 5th they delivered and set it up. (Lifting it over my washer). When I got home I noticed a dent in the back and it was pulled away from the back. When you turned it on you could see the red glow from the element. They said they'll exchange it. On the 9th they came the guy said he won't take it out because he had to lift it. Back and forth on the phone with lowes he said call the guy from delivery. Called him and he said if a driver dosen't feels like he might hurt himself he dosen't have to deliver it. So he said he would get the original drivers back on Friday. No I was on vacation till the 20th. Call them back on Monday after more back and forth she said on Wednesday. No one called no one showed. My husband called talked to the manager who apologized gave me a discount and promised it would be here Saturday. I said but will it? They said they call the night before with the time frame. They NEVER do. Again my husband waits and early afternoon calls. They said they tried to come in the morning but no one was home. He was home all day. They said we'll try to get them to come back and we'll call you. Again the same no call no show. And I'm done. Lowes you suck!

Don't know either, but the management in the Lowes stores I've been to have been helpful and often tend to go "off-script" to help out. Not like the inflexible people you find at the other chains.
