This establishment is one of the worst that I've ever been to, customer service is well past hate to say it but the staff especially this woman lady called Karen. She allowed someone to skip us in the line after the gentleman admitted that he wasn't next she still insisted that he went next then argue me down even though my property was on their property that she kicked me out of the off the premises. I have video of her nasty behavior but I've chosen not to put it out for all to see. It is a shame and disgusting of one's behavior in customer service. I advise you to shop around or call someone else don't give this place your business

Nice lady but took 440 from me. Car was stolen on the 2nd they recovered on 12th. They say they reported car to JSO on 12th at 2. It's the 20tj JSO says they have no record of their call. They deserve one star they don't care.

Ride arrogant slow.. Tear up your car and don't admit it.. I could go on and on but I won't.. Was a bad day for everyone I guess.. Well leave it at that

These people are thieves... They will steal you vehicle, pretend it's an authorized towing and then charge you loads of money to get it back... They are rude hateful people and YES THEY ARE CROOKS!!! THEY TOWED MY TRUCK AND TRAILER WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION and then said that JSO gave them authorization... JSO said they were never called about it nor do they have any record of giving them authorization... And the demon that answers the phone in the impound department needs a reality check... She's evil from the word go.
