This is not fast food. Its just food. I have waited over 30 minutes in the drive through every time I have come here and it's not even busy. Not at all busy. I have no idea who manages this location but they should have been fired long ago. I could turn this store around fast. Seeing the way these people working here are so negative, I can only assume its because management is awful.

Sunday July 17 2020 8:15 pm. We asked for our food to be made fresh. Received cold, dry burgers. Asked manager to remake. She was very impatient and told us that the broiler wasn’t working. That sounded like a lie because they were still serving customers. We asked for a refund and you’d think we we’re asking her for the impossible. Snippy and totally unprofessional. This marks one of several bad experiences here. Tried to call the owners but their voicemail didn’t take messages. No longer going to visit this establishment.

Drive through was quick, food was pretty good. The order had no mistakes which is always appreciated. Overall a great choice to grab some food on the way home.

Let me start off by saying I’m a local resident so I’ve tried this place at least 20 times over the past two years. I would give no stars if possible. I have no issues with companies training new staff, short handed etc. but this BK is always scraping the bottom of the barrel with their “talent.” The last time I attempted to get food (8/10 you can’t) they told me they couldn’t take orders because a minor was on break. So my wife and I drove around the building to leave and all the staff was at the front window lounging around. When they saw us they acted like they where hiding. I really have no clue how this location stays open. List of excuses for the 8/10 times we couldn’t get food. 1. Computers down (this is the main excuse) 2. Sinks are frozen 3. Out of meat so we’re closing early 4. Minor on break 5. No one is here
