Don't go walking in if you have any personal banking business such as opening a new account etc. They want you to have an appointment in advance. Banker and manager didn't have any customers, teller had two people in the line. Banker wouldn't help without prior appointment. Save your time do your banking online.

Terrible People who work inside in the Bank. PNC Bank really nice Bank But the people who work inside is terrible i swear to God. 2018,19, the people who work inside really good people but all good people left from this Bank and now there is all new people and not friendly people. Absolutely terrible! I understand the situation is tough right now but more than a half hour wait with only 2 cars in front of me is ridiculous. The other day I had to leave after a half hour without making my deposit because I had to open my business and take care of my customers. PNC couldn’t care less about their customers.
