Cute diner! I was worried we'd have to wait to eat but there is actually a big restaurant and bar addition in the back. Next time I am going to have my meal in the train car part though because that is really what people are there for.

Can't say with any certainty, my guess is that there must be some way in with today's building codes.

I tried to visit Miss Lorraine diner today but was unable to find a handicap entrance. So had to leave. Is there a ramp of handicap entrance?

Yes there is a handicap entrance for the main lobby of the building then a tunnel to get into the dinner
