This place is very unprofessional. I went to them on Tuesday to order documents to be printed out. I drove 1 hour all the way from NJ. I was told by the owner that i would have my documents emailed to me Tuesday night and i can pick up the hard copies Wednesday morning. I text the guy Wednesday afternoon at 2:45pm stating that i never received the documents via email and asking were they done. He texted me back at 10:49pm and said he will send them in 15minutes. I woke up Thursday morning, STILL NOTHING. I texted him at 12:47 asking for the documents and i told him ai only have 24 hours to turn the documents in (mind you i paid already) he texted me back saying “Few mins”. Hours later He finally emails documents and they’re dated wrong. So they were no good to even use. I texted him at 6:35pm (as soon as i got the email) and asked him to fix it, He texted me back at 10:55pm and said “You will have them before 10am tomorrow morning” Here it is now Friday, i called him at 10:01am stating that I’m running out of time and at jeopardy of losing everything i had planned, he answered the phone saying “I’m sorry I’m sorry, heading into the office now i was caught in traffic” and hung up on me. At this point I’m just trying to be patient because i really need the documents and don’t know anywhere else to go in such short notice. I would not recommend ANYONE go to this place for anything important or needed in a timely manor.
