This room is AWFUL!!! There's roaches in our room, it was not clean like it should be. When I lay down on the bed, it feels like something is crawling on me!! There was even a domestic violence situation tonight and that didn't make us feel safe!! There was even pills under the bed. And, we have a one year old with us!! That's just NOT SAFE!! I wish I could rate 0 stars!!!

Positive: Night staff was extremely helpful. Negative: First room smelled like cigarettes as did most of the other rooms I checked when trying to transfer rooms. I ended up going with the room that smelled like Raid instead for an extra $10. I had to kill a huge pregnant roach in it. Tub was gross too.

I wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT STAY HERE! The staff was friendly however they knowingly put me in a room right next to a hoarder who brought in 3 bug infestations: German roaches, fleas, and bed bugs. The staff even showed me pictures of the woman's room before they cleaned and admitted to knowing about the bug problems and they put me in the room anyway! I had my cat with me. I had to spend even more money to rid myself and my cat of bugs while I still wait for a refund. I tried to contact red roof and they were not helpful in the slightest and had no care to resolve the issue. Guest relations was completely dismissive of the whole issue and did nothing to resolve it. The manager said they were using an exterminator to take care of the infestation yet as I walked past a room to get to mine I could see them using the same bug bombs I recently purchased from a target. I would strongly advise to go somewhere else. The rooms are completely unsanitary for yourself and your pets and red roof does not seem to care at all when it comes down to you and your pets health! This is beyond unprofessional. If you knowingly have three very serious bug infestations wreacking havoc in your rooms stop placing people and their pets in those rooms! The least they could do was close them off so no one would have to experience the financial hit (with no resolve) like I did.

This Motel is nice for what it is. The room was very clean and smelled nice, and they also have HBO😁! The towels were very white and clean and they replaced them every day. Very affordable and well kept for a cheap place to stay. Red Roofs are the nicest cheap Motel chain... Take this from a person who has lived 100% in motels for the past 3 years.
