The office asked if they could change my appointment to two days earlier. Which I agreed too. Unbeknownst to me that voided the referral my primary doctor sent over. They did nothing to help rectify that discrepancy with the insurance company or my primary. Making me have to make multiple calls, to insurance and back and forth with the two doctors offices. Lots of time was wasted for a simple task there office should have handled in the first place. I could live with all that, but the attitude from the office given to me about this matter is the big problem. No problem with my actual visit with Dr. Bick.

I like their doctors but the follow up is a nightmare. Their phone systems are awful. they do not have a voice mail set up and after waiting on hold for five minutes it reroutes you to the same recording message and you have to start all over again! I have tried to get through to a person and not be put on hold for nearly an hour. They just need to add a voicemail system or stop rerouting people to the intro recording it is awful.

Have had several appointments here over the years. Always schedule it as early as possible to I have the rest of my day. I'm a patient of Dr. Emery's and every time I come it takes over an hour and a half to be seen. I know drs appointments always run a little behind but after an hour it should be rescheduled. Completely unacceptable.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Easy access and parking. Dr. D. is awesome.
