What a shame People are being wanded for security Is one of many things going on here.To me that speaks a thousand words of the culture there. And I wouldn’t pick out Marie as a bad person because she’s not but it is true that the culture there is poor.It almost feels when you talk to most of these instructors they make you feel like you’re asking them for moneyTom and Bobby are solid trainers and solid men..I’m sure there’s some other ones that im not mentioning but those two stand out.Personally the culture needs to change ,it is toxic..something has to happen!

Regarding the comment from Gabrielle Garcia i’d like to disagree, Marie Sullivan is a woman who wants to see people succeed in this local and is helpful to everyone who walks into this training facility. She is there to make you strive for better, if you don’t understand what/how to do something she will sit there with you step by step until it is locked in your head, for you to disrespect her in that way is absurd. Marie keep doing what you’re doing don’t let her get in your way, keep doing what you do best!!
Operator 3
Marie sullivan is the best instructor at the training facility. She is always out showing everyone great ways to become a better operator. She is the best instructor local 15 has to offer.

Marie Sullivan is a consummate professional to say the least. We need more Marie Sullivans. Marie is knowledgeable and resourceful and maintains the hallmarks of the Union, that is; "dedicated leadership, sacrifice...perseverance." In addition to this, the Union has attracted workers from a myriad of backgrounds, like Marie, paving the way for diversity such as women in construction. Let's continue with a great legacy, growing the Union and "building a better tomorrow." We celebrate all the Marie Sullivans!

I believe you need 25 years in the union. Not 100% sure. Call the local and check.
