They closed later afternoon. Lots of people exploring places like this late afternoons and evenings. They should offer sunset cruises.

Awesome museum for history on the Connecticut river, we did the River quest cruise and it was great with very informative guides.

If you haven't been here yet - it's NEED TO VISIT PLACE in CT. First seaport, fish restoration docks, NY antic fore ship. And Halloween here... Amazing

All three floors of the Connecticut River Museum are completely handicapped accessible. A Museum Shop is onsite. We are walkable distance to several excellent restaurants.
