Do yourself a favor and do not deliver to this facility. People are nasty and wait time is a day or more. Their communicator is broken at the entrance so you can’t hear anything and if you go to the office a very loud and angry woman will give you a lot it attitude!

The worst place I've ever been. I've come in early every time to deliver, to wait 2 hours after appointment. I'm late one time 12 hours wait. Horrible

I was 1.5 hours late due to a required truck swap and how my hours fell even with a 7/3 split. I understand being a work in but I've been here since 10am and it is currently 6:30pm with no dock assigned yet. This is absolutely uncalled for. Update... got call @8:30pm for a dock and they sent me to the wrong one. Sent back around to wait because they sent someone else to the wrong dock also. Docked @9:30pm and unloaded and checked out by 11:45pm. Everyone was nice which is a plus but to wait 11.5 hrs even being a bit late is ridiculous. BTW they did have a warning I was going to be late.

Here for only 45mins total. And 20mins total getting offloaded. Make sure you take the correct roads leading to the facility. The signs are listed on some of the streets directing you to ND paper. Follow the road and signs to this location! People here are friendly. Remember to take their clipboard back if they have given you one.
