Recommended! Great food and atmosphere. Excellent service. Republic merged with Campo Enoteca during the pandemic. So both menus are available. We enjoyed items from the daily specials.

A really cool concept and amazing service from all. The Steak Frites were fast as tic, maybe the best frites I’ve ever had. The butternut ravioli however was slightly gummy with a very salty sauce. It was had to eat. The cake for desert was ok but nothing special. Try it.

I'll start with the positives: The restaurant has a good atmosphere and the service was great, but both the menu and the actual food were quite underwhelming, and the price was not warranted. Instead of focusing on making simple and delicious food, I feel like this restaurant just tries too hard. While my meal wasn't "bad" it was definitely lacking the necessary ingredients to be memorable, and given the amount of unfinished meals from the other 5 people in my party, I would say everyone felt the same. I ordered my steak medium, and it came out rare and cold. My friend who ordered the carbonara remarked that his mother (who's not known for her culinary prowess) makes the dish more adequately. With all the great restaurant options in the Manchester area, it would be hard to return to Republic after my first experience. Nothing about the experience made me think "I need to come back."

Honestly the best meal I've had in NH. So good, loved the vegetarian polpetti, the sauce on that was soooo good. Would eat that on anything!

Is there a kids menu available?

Just had two kids (6 & 7 year olds) and they both stuffed their faces with pasta, steak, pickles, chips and flat breads. Unless were talking about 2 year olds, I'm unsure why you need a kids menu for this fantastic place!!!
