My first time buying a car was at the CarMax in Norwood it was a great experience. I moved and the CarMax in westborough was closer so I went here for my second. They tried selling me car with tires that were a safety hazard. They put mats in the car that didn’t belong in that car so they slipped under the petals and I could have crashed. I transferred plates and was told that would happen instantly but ended up going almost two weeks without my updated registration. Before the car was purchased I was told an alignment and cleaning would be done. Neither were so I had to take time off of work twice to try and have something they told me would be completed beforehand done. They have no loner cars of which they advertised would be provided. I like the car but it wasn’t worth the hassle.
