My daughter recently had her ears pierced, and while visiting the city she lost one of her medical grade earrings; very hard to find a replacement. I called Rachel and even though she was out of the country she responded quickly and directed me to her office to get a replacement. It costs $140.00 without numbing cream and $160.00 with numbing cream. Both prices include the earrings that the ears will be pierced with. Also, they suggest that you buy what they call a safety pair of earrings in case the initial pair falls out and those are about $25.00.

Yes they do provide earrings they give you a couple of options to choose from and they are all very beautiful. They do also recommend for you to get another pair, this way you can replace them after the 6 week healing period.
