An excellent gym to work out no matter what your fitness goals are but I wish it was open at least a little later or 24/7 because the set up of this gym would easily allow it, not to mention enabling the gym to charge more for this convenience to its members.

I already left a review on facebook but this gym is so good that it deserves another! I love coming to work out here! It has all the equipment I need and the people that work here AND workout here are wonderful. I have never experienced such a strong feeling of belonging at a gym before. Larry, the owner, said hello to me by name the second time he met me and just that small gesture showed me how dedicated he is to get to know each member and make you feel welcome. I also LOVE the inspirational quotes written on the two whiteboards and make sure to read them each time I am there. The first day I went, one whiteboard said "How hard are you willing to work for it?" and now whenever I question whether or not I feel like going to the gym, I say that to myself and I am there!
