The "owner" or whomever(Pereira Aurela) came to my house 1hr and 15mins late, no call to say he was coming late, I had to call him. Gave me an estimate for services. I asked when would the services(mow my lawn) would start, he stated Wednesday's. I specifically asked if that meant tomorrow, he said yes.Today's Wednesday, no call no show. I called him at 7pm and asked where they were he stated that they would come tomorrow. I asked why no call to let me know they wouldn't be coming. He said "why does it matter, it's grass" then decided to tell me my business isn't needed and he wouldn't be servicing my home. I stated I would be leaving a review of this conversation and that he was being listened to by 2 other family members and said he didnt care and he has "thousands of good reviews". After a few wonderful words between us. He called to threaten me about meeting me face to face......who in their right mind who runs or works for a business calls and threatens a potential customer?!?!? Needless to say, terrible experience and even more, what a terrible owner or boss. Goodluck to anyone who uses this wonderful human being.

We hired Leo and his team to perform a spring clean-up for our yard/gutters. They were able to come out in a few days and did a very thorough job. The yard looks great, I would recommend them to anyone we know! They also hauled away all the bags and additional junk from the yard. Thank you Leo and team! Leo returned my call quickly and was able to come do a spring clean the same day! He was at my house that afternoon. My yard looks great, he even went the extra mile and cleaned out the leaves that were in my front garden and partially under the deck. He was reasonably priced and very flexible. He was very nice to work with-- highly recommend New Fairfield Landscaping.
