My double quarter pounder with cheese was raw. My fiance's double quarter pounder was wrong. They did not manage to mess up the kids chicken nuggets. But they did try to charge for sauce with the nuggets. Then I informed employee of the burger and she took it to the Cook and he began to whine about it and I said if it's that big of a deal I just want my money back. Come to find out he was the manager as well. He looked unkept, look dirty, and did not seem to be very professional. And to top it all off it was a waste of my 50% off entire meal coupon because I did not get that back and I only got refunded for my burgers and I didn't even get it I'm sorry my old lady waited for nearly 10 minutes to not get her Burger. So all in all I will never be at that McDonald's location again corporate needs to retrain the management and owners of that store

Messed up order, didn't make the right food. Went back inside to get it fixed.. They forgot items, made half the sandwich. Went in to get it fixed.... 10 minutes waiting still waiting on 1 sandwich and 2 hash browns... hmmm..saw three messed up orders as I stand here.. if they mess up ur stuff which they will just know you will wait forever.
