That is a great question. There may be many reasons why an attorney doesn't respond. For example, it may very well be that the questions are not presented to the attorney at the proper time at a scheduled office consultation or at a time scheduled that the attorney has set for a file review. It depends on the type of claim or case, the nature of the question, and the manner in which is presented.
