If I'm paying $10 for a "premium" fast food meal (not including the tips they're pushing, even in the drive through), I expect a little more than a dry burger with a stale bottom bun and green tomato. This place used to be one of my favorites, and I would gladly recommend it to out of town folks. Not anymore. It seems like the quality of ingredients has declined, and they don't live up to the value expected of one of the most expensive fast food burger places in the region. I didn't give a 1* because the waffle fries were fresh and pretty good.

employees are friendly and the food tastes great! i usually have a pretty ridiculous order and they're always super helpful in getting me something that i like. whenever a mistake has been made on my order they've fixed it super quick, and has overall been a great experience here. - small problem: when ordering online, the text box at the bottom of the order only allows for 20~ characters and is never enough. doesn't have to much impact but seems like it would be a simple fix

Last time I commented on the soggy fries and they got crispy the way should be, but now they are getting soggy again. Drive-through is too rushed my order was wrong, I ordered a bean burger and I got a small hamburger and was COLD. Training should be better, repeat orders when ordering and when executing. I don't like the huge tip button on the card reader. Why do consumers have to pay tips prior to services rendered. When your service was less than par and it's self service how does that make sense. It's a drive-through!

Food is fresh and tastes great. Employees are friendly and location is clean. Online ordering with curbside pickup is super easy. Only one complaint. Thee food is almost always lukewarm to cool, not a new problem as it's been that way prior to covid, even with walk-in or drive-through service.

The Burgerville at 78th Street and Highway 99 moved to 99th Street and Highway 99 around 1990. It was awkward to get in and out of at the old location. I think I miss the one downtown the most because it was such a classic location despite having to order from outside.
Nope! Year round☺️
