Dr Lane is the most caring and understanding dentist i have ever met. I had tons of teeth that had to be removed and I avoided it to long cause I honestly was scared for my life having to go to the dentist office . I was booked to go to a oral sergent that took my ins cause its alot of money to get dental work. I was about to look up directions to this mass health place for my app In Brockton and started to read the reviews. I honestly broke down in tears with all of the horror stories the reviews had . So here I am stuck with a small window to get my teeth out due to i was on the strongest antibiotics to keep the bad teeth at bay. So now I am so overwhelmed with the app I waited for 3 month to get into now I decided not to go. I got intouch with Dr lane and thankfully my mother helped me pay for my surgery by Dr lane but of course I was still so scared that I would be awake or feel or hear stuff. The day of my surgery I came in shaking and scared and the girls at the front desk in sandwich mass office automatically made me feel as if I was at home. Let's just say this, I didn't feel see or hear a single thing. The women in the room with me obviously where super great at their job because one of the ladies managed to make me laugh even tho I was super scared. Dr lane took very special care of me and treated me as if I was his own daughter. They even sent me home with ice cream. Not to mention the coffee ice cream was the best I ever had. Lol. I will now do all my dental work with Dr Lane and I'm no longer afraid of getting my teeth worked on. If you are a big baby like me then Dr Lane is the dentist to go see. I have severe almost crippling dental anxiety. Other than some communication issues on check in experience was amazing! Didnt make me wait too long, Dr & his assistant were very accommodating even turned room lights off for me. Dr explained everything , took time & listened to my questions, didnt rush & continously asked if I was doing ok! Upon check out the ladies gave me a pint of local ice cream to help with recovery.
