The employee that I was trying to get answers from seemed kinda new or didn't know how to help me. Then when I had another any worker can answer ? I calmly waited for him to help a family when he was done saw me and I said I have one more ? He looked at me said something quietly then quickly walked away I had to follow him for 5 minutes till he was done wondering doing nothing except looking confused I finally got him to listen and walk to automotive chemicals and showed me a substitute for 3&1 oil . Very poor service that day.

Don't get your oil changed here! After a 30 minute wait, the service manager brings me my drain plug. They said it was stripped and cross threaded. They said they ordered one, but didn't have a new one there. He claimed it was already like that. He warned me to keep checking oil level and come back tomorrow for the new plug. 5 quarts of oil drained out of my truck over night. I was an hour late to work. I got a ride back the next day to purchase the new plug, 6 quarts of oil and a pan. I called corporate about this twice. I got one call back. A male left a message, but didn't give his Name! What? Call back and ask for Mr. Nobody?! I can shop somewhere else thanks.

This store has EVERYTHING! We don't have these in Michigan, so it was really cool to see all of the things this store has. The store was clean and looked well stocked from what we saw. I wish we had one closer to home!

Employees were nice, but my tire was supposed to be done in about 20 minutes they said. And they were not busy. Instead it took over 45 minutes. Other than that the staff were great inside the main store.
