The pizza it self is great. The delivery drivers are awesome. One delivery driver has been delivering to me for 20 years and he's never made a mistake and is as close to perfect as one could get. The selfish side of me hopes he never retires. The reason I gave it only 3 stars is they apparently are not bringing back the salad bar. I chalked it up to COVID for a while and I understood that, now however is no excuse other than just being lazy. The location in Old Sacramento has it's salad bar up and running. When This location had it's salad bar I ate their at least 2 times a week. Now I hardly go to this location. I have to walk farther to Old Sacramento to to to that Round Table for a salad bar. Please bring back the salad bar to this location so I can give you more stars. Thank you.

This was my first time at this location and I was not disappointed! They had an error in their computer right around closing and they got everything fixed up for me so fast! It was a system error, not their fault, but they treated me so well! Great staff, clean store, everyone is so nice here. Will have to make this my regular spot! Thanks guys!! Keep up the great work!!!!

I ordered a simple 2 topping medium pizza and when I got there 20 minutes later, they still haven't even made it. The place was empty except for 1 man. A young man finally came out from the back and told me that the manager was on break and I would have to wait for him. Finally the manager came out to say he was sorry but still made excuses why it wasn't even made. He just kept saying he had to go on break. I've been in the food industry for over 20 years and this is the sorriest excuse I've ever heard from a manager. Every time I order from here I always have to wait and the place is always empty. Guess I'll find another location that can be more professional.

Sad to say this location needs vast improvement in customer service. I have been a loyal customer to this location for years and the last two months the service has dropped off dramatically and the quality of the product has also fallen. Gave it one last chance tonight and ordered ahead using the online system. Went inside when my order was supposed to be ready and they hadn't even started on my pizza yet. My last visit prior to this they charged me for another persons order and again I had to wait almost an hour for my order.
