This place is ridiculous and the staff are rude ..I took my brother for his appointment I was 10 minutes late (Mind u there was no Patient in the waiting area and I had to pick him up from school ) and some lady behind the front desk didn’t catch her name but she was wearing glasses and was dark skinned was mumbling these comments about us being late if she had some to say she should of said it to me then they proceeded to tell me they needed the insurance because it was a new system and I told them the insurance and some other worker said they couldn’t find it ( I work For an optometrist office I found the insurance perfectly fine at my job ) I used to go there when I was young and the staff was so pleasant but this new staff has to go. Will never be going back there again .

I'm a new patient and they made an appointment in a timely manner to deal with my eye issue. The staff is very friendly and the doctor was warm and informative.

Just visited this place for the first time to get my eyes examination for new glasses and monthly contact lens. Very impressed with the doctor who did my exams, also the lady name Norma V. helped me save a lot of money by took her time to went through my insurance benefits to make sure that everything was covered. Definitely going back and would recommend to everyone I know !

As soon as I walked in I was acknowledged and greeted. Next the check in in process was extremely easy. If I waited 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time that would be a lot. The tech, Jackie I believe, was also kind. She explained everything was doing and what I should expect. She even had small talk with me. I next went straight to see Dr Rubin, no wait in between. He was kind and funny. He explained everything to me, including every step he took and my eye scans which no dr has ever done for me. He even explained what I should expect going forward for my age. Next I saw Madeleine to select frames and process my order. She asked me about my concerns and had recommendations. What I really liked about her is that she realized I was doing my own thing and she gave me space. She was not pushy nor hovering. She knew how to customize her approach to my expectations. This is just about their service. I also like their selection and that they organized their selection by frame shape, as opposed to by brand. This shows that the customer is first and the brand pushing is not above the customer. Finally they have noticeable tags near the affordable frames by price point. I can really appreciate this as a mom that has 4 people who wear glasses in the house. Overal I give them an A++, I’m referring my family, and I’m returning this very day to get new frames for my children.
