We hired them to do a 2 week job and it turned out to be a 2 month job. They either showed up late or not at all, their workers were at our house for 4 hours a day and played on their phones most of the time and took 2 hour lunches. They said they would fill the holes and left many unfilled. They have no idea how to do shiplap. The houses are painted but we have to go back over it to get the shiplap totally covered. They’re nice people but have no business sense. If I did my business that way, I’d starve.

I have called the store before with questions and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. If you are a artist or designer it is worthwhile to experiment with some of their materials, you will probably love them!
