I was going to move there with my fiancé, however, the FIRST THING we ever received in writing was a "final notice" that we had to pay them $50 for a background check...or be fined $100 per day. I filled out their paperwork for the background check and gave them the $50, which was cashed. In the paperwork, I requested a copy be sent to me of my background check (which is 100% legal AND YOUR RIGHT). I never received my copy, which means they never did the background check. Once again, I reiterate, the money was CASHED to do the check. Interesting side note, one of the HOA members is married to a sex offender who lives on premises just fine. It's public record, in case anyone wants to cry "slander." Funny how that works. This place is basically a ridiculous little mini mafia run by a conman of EPIC proportions. Run as far away from this place as you can!
