This was honestly one of the worst I eye places I have ever been to. I went in for an eye exam about a year ago and when I finally got my glasses 3 weeks later… they felt really strong to me in the right eye. At this time I was in the middle of moving so I wasn’t able to go back. When I finally went back they did another eye exam and the doctor said yea the right eye was wrong. IT WAS TO STRONG. I knew he had messed up last time and I even made them aware of that. They still charged me full price for the exam and everything when it was the DOCTORS fault. When I went in there today to pick up my glasses and they had nothing but attitude and rolling their eyes.they even changed the lenses in my old frames to the new ones but yet they still feel like the old lenses..TO STRONG. I’ve spent years going here. And let me just say I won’t be back.

Extremely rude receptionists Sandra needs a talk from management on how to care for valued clients. Have had similar experiences with this office. Would invite a call to discuss from corporate office or we will be looking for a new eye doctor.

I would prefer ZERO stars! My daughter-in-law went 2 weeks ago and had a rude experience with the receptionist, who truly gave her a panic attack. The practitioner asked 2 or 3 questions during the entire exam. She was promised sample lenses which should have arrived a week ago, and now she is waiting still. They demanded payment before anything, including a fitting fee for the contact lenses, even though they haven't even had samples for her to try. POOR SERVICE, UNACCEPTABLE PATIENT CARE. To top it all off, they have refused to give her a copy of her prescription!

I had an appointment scheduled and when I went to check in the receptionist said my appointment was cancelled and that several emails and calls were made to me to confirm even when I confirmed it through text messaging. When I told her that she just offered to reschedule me. I made the appointment and you cancelled it. I confirmed the appointment. I showed up. I did my part and I expected your company to uphold your end of it. I have been coming to that office for years. Probably close to 10 years. I will not do business with it’s you again. It’s unfortunate because the DR is great and Cathy the optometrist was great as well.
