I had the best experience today at office depot on Divisadero in Fresno, CA. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, and Thomas who assisted me was kind and patient. I m a senior and I am a little slow so I appreciate him for his kindness.

Had everything I needed to set up my home office and if they didn't customer service helped me order what I was looking for and since it's hard to be home for delivery I can just come back when my large items arrive and they will laod me up and I can be on my way . Definitely will be back. Plenty of parking just off the freeway location downtown ideal for people living downtown and don't want to run across town to wal-mart. Curb side pick up is optional for those avoiding contact.

There are good things, most products for an office, the staff is friendly, or most tries to, but they have frequently new staff which sometimes makes processes a bit slower, but with a smile an da bit of patience, you will be fine. But then again, that is my most recent experience, others may have had different ones recently. Quick tip, do your research on your phone, it will help you and will prevent you from getting upset when no one shows up to help you, all prices are on the product but since they don’t sell display, sometimes you will need to ask someone to check inventory, if there is no line at the cashier, just grab one of the little paper and take it to them, it will save you time.

I happen to be in the downtown area and I needed to get three sheets of papers laminated. I asked the lady at the station for help and she had so much attitude. She told me the laminating hours are over and that I had to come back at 8am. Umm. I'm already at work already by then so after 5pm is the only time I can come get papers laminated. Never coming here again. Horrible customer service.
