It is hard to give a review without telling a bit of my story. On my way from FL to Connecticut for a new job my truck went bust in the middle of nowhere on very hot Sunday. Waited for AAA for a minimum of six hours. I was on my last few ounces of water, really starting to get a bit scared and desperate. Called Miracle Towing concerned that I would get financially hammered by the urgent request, but I didn't. Much to my surprise the tow truck showed up in a matter of a few minutes and even more of a surprise was the fact that Tony the truck driver was human and saw that I needed help and let me ride with him. He eventually took me to my hotel while the truck was in line to be serviced. Monday comes around and with the anxiety of having to be back on the road I called the shop's manager and offered to pay more for the service and his answer is the reason I write this review today. He said "I have other customers in line and I would not appreciate if someone jumped in front of me in the line. I understand you're in need of a expedited service and I am willing to tow your truck at no cost to you so you can have your truck serviced at a place that could provided that service in the time that you need". That shook me off of my desperation and I was confident that my truck would be properly serviced by people with kind of integrity if I could be more patient. As I got mentally prepared to spend another day at the hotel, Kurt the manager called me to say that I was next in line and within an hour he called me again to tell me the truck was ready to go. I asked him how I could get to his shop at the end of a business day in a small town where transportation could be a problem for me. Again he sent his driver Tony the to pick me up at the hotel. I am forever grateful for for crossing paths with everyone there and for the help they gave me when I really needed it. Finally, Kurt said to me as I am getting my keys, "It's not just about the paycheck", and I think I learned something very valuable there too. FANTASTIC PEOPLE, FANTASTIC BUSINESS. Thank you guys!! I've had my wife's car towed to a shop in town. The driver was very nice in our time of need. Will continue to use them. Took my vehicle there this morning. To have a new starter put on. Turned out it was my battery. Glad I took it there. Thank you Miracle Towing.

The tow driver was incredibly nice and fun to talk to. Did the job efficiently and with no problem! Towed our full moving truck and took the less bumpy route so that our items wouldn’t move around. He even helped us un-load our truck in high heat! Above and beyond the job all with a smile!
