Capt Kurt and First Mate Bob gave a fabulous historical cruise experience covering Amelia and Cumberland Island history and several of the nearby islands. It was jam packed with information and entertaining at times. We highly recommend Amelia River Cruises. We saw many horses on Cumberland Island, the ice house at the Carnegie's and part of the Greyfield Inn. We also saw a few dolphin, 3 wild turkeys, several osprey and at least 8 tarpons jump from the water while feeding. Well worth the cost and a completely enjoyable experience.

It's nothing fancy. You basically walk down three stairs near the back of the boat and there is a small toilet down there.
Yes, Amelia River Cruises welcomes well-behaved pets on a short leash.
I'd contact them directly to ask, but if I remember correctly the clearance getting into the ship should accommodate a wheelchair. Once on board, you could very easily find space to place the chair and lock the wheels. The ship doesn't pitch or roll too much during the trip.
Until March we are open Monday through Saturday for the 10 a.m. tour and the 2:30 p.m. tour
They have different cruises that run daily, some begin in the morning at 10 (Cumberland Island) and some are in the evening. The evening time changes based on sunset. Best to check their website ar AmeliaRiverCruises.com for the schedule.
