Couldn't even get into the building to see anyone to even make an assessment of in-person character of the staff. I was referred to Dr. Perreira by my PCP and for almost 5 months they fumbled and lost my referral, didn't call me back after I called to try to make an appointment for several weeks.. told me they didn't have a referral for me and couldn't give me an appointment because they lost the referral... then when I finally get to make an appointment, they reschedule me for 2 months from my original appointment date. I just told them to cancel and I'll find someone else to help me because I needed help months ago. I could've gotten help at the beginning of the year if I was referred to a place that actually cared and respected patients time and issues. I have severe bowel issues and I just needed some help. Don't go here if you care about yourself.

My pcp referred me to university GI. The first two times I called the person answering picked up and hung up immediately. Third time they mumbled something I didn't understand so I asked them to repeat what they said and they just hung up. Fourth time i held the line for 5 minutes and a different person answered. I requested to make an appointment which for some reason blew her mind with confusion. This time I hung up and I'll be looking for a different GI practice since I can't get past the reception desk without feeling like I'm in an episode of the twighlight zone.

I wish I could give 0 stars… it took 2-3 weeks for them to find my fathers referral…its about to be a month that I have tried to book an appt for my father this is getting ridiculous. The staff there pass me to one person to the other to then at the end say we’ll leave the secretary a message that you called and they should give you a call back. NEVER HAPPENS. They don’t even provide me the name of the Dr my father is assigned but always ask me the same thing. I cant imagine how it is in person if I already struggle with just booking an appt. My father works from morning till late afternoon and in a place that has no signal so I have to call I have tried multiple times at different hours and somehow no one is ever available. I have read most of the reviews of how it is in person its just very unprofessional. Over it.

Horrible run doctors office!! Dirty, smells bad, rude office staff, absolutely horrible place!!! Go anywhere but here!!! After waiting four months for an appointment, I go in to be told I canceled the appointment. That I said I was going on vacation and had to cancel my appointment, which I obviously did NOT do!!! Office lady kept shrugging saying there is nothing I can do, that was more infuriating then anything! You don’t shrug at people unless you are five, certainly not at a professional office!! Horrible horrible, horrible place!!!!
