I visited this store because it was recommended by a friend, and I never regretted it. The highlight of my visit was their very juicy discounts. I was able to get a pair of Dunlop sneakers at great discount. The staffers are so nice and courteous too. It’s definitely a return visit for me. This store is pretty close to the road and can be easily noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic. Looked for sandals for my family all day than stopped at bobs and there was a sale and we were all able to find a pair or 2 so a good day at bobs

I just found out that ALL returns are store credit or exchanges only. You cannot get your money back even if you go back the next day with a receipt. You can only exchange or get store credit. That and the misleading coupons (25% off your entire purchase) where basically everything is excluded. I would love to support a local brick and mortar store over Amazon but Bob's is forcing me to take my business elsewhere with these bad business practices. Bye bye Bob's stores.
