In my personal experience staying at this hotel I think it's nice no drama they even have HBO rooms are clean and it's a nice location on the bus line and also right next to all the restaurants close to downtown close to the interstate, nice hotel I give it five stars, management is nice and if something needs to be fixed there right on it they don't waste time they fix it , nice place to stay.

Our furniture was falling apart during our stay. All the bed sheets had blood or cigarette stains. People were walking around outside begging us for food/money. Our bathroom was not very clean. The water wasn't drinkable. Our room was overall very dirty and messy. I wouldn't recommend. Spend the extra $40 to upgrade.

I'm in the middle my week stay here during the 4th of July week because I'm moving from one Apt to another. The guys that work here, Mr Mo and Mr Jacob, are just wonderful! They both go above and beyond for their guests! I've met the manager too and he seems very nice too, and also seems to care about the guests! I should mention that my arm is in a cast. When I go to take my trash to the dumpster, there is always someone coming up to me offering to take it there for me, staff, another guest, or someone visiting the hotel. My room is clean, service has been on point, and the only bug/critter I've had is a pesky fly! Location is perfect.! A mile from Kroger, 2.5 miles from my storage unit and about the same to my new apartment. I was taught to never judge a book by it's cover! This place is a diamond in the rough! ❤️

I can say a lot of bad things about this hotel but since it's in the past I'm leaving it that way.I was really shocked and impressed with my stay there last weekend.I can truly say that the owner do listen to his guest He has changed his hot we l into a peaceful and relaxing hotel . I was able to study and have a peaceful night sleep . It has changed into a new and improved hotel with clean linen ,working appliances, great heat and A.C .The owner I must say is always willing to listen to any problems u may have or suggestions that will make your stay better also the staff is respectful..I get another break in 2 weeks from now and I am making another reservation to go back again.i am also excited to see what else he has done to improve his hotel .I can honestly say he even took a suggestion I gave him and used it to make his hotel better and I just want to say thank you for asking my opinion and putting it to use.
